Getting familiar
You should have been provided 2 parking passes and 2 wristbands from the previous owner. The parking passes are to be displayed in any vehicle parked in visitors parking spaces. The wristbands are to be worn when using the common areas – hilltop park and pool/ pavilion.

Getting connected
Our Facebook page “Alstead-A-John Wieland Community in Roswell” is a good way to stay current on what is happening within the community. We encourage you to join.
Property Management
Alstead contracts with Fieldstone Management to take care of the community’s day-to-day needs (e.g. collecting dues, paying bills, etc.) Our assigned manager is Jennifer Mathews and she can be reached at jennifermathews@fieldstonerp.com and 404.596.7951
Getting involved
We have an active social committee and hope to see you out at our events, like our Friday Night Wine Down during the summer months. All planned events will be posted on the FB page, Alstead website and on the noticeboard next to the mailboxes.
We are always looking for volunteers to serve on our community committees (e.g. landscape, covenants, social, pool & pavilion, & maintenance) and hope you’ll consider joining one.
We look forward to meeting you as you walk the neighborhood, at the pool, or at a social event.
